Disposal Procedure:
Information entered during membership registration or other services is transferred to a separate database (or separate storage in the case of paper documents) after its purpose has been fulfilled. It is retained for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws, then destroyed.
Information stored in a separate database is not used for any other purposes except where required by law.
Disposal Method:
Personal information stored in electronic file format is permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.

When prior consent has been obtained from the user.
When required by law, or upon lawful request by an investigative authority following due process.

To access or update information, please use the “Update Personal Information” (or “Edit Member Information”) menu.
To withdraw consent or cancel membership, please use the “Delete Account” function.
Alternatively, users may contact the Privacy Officer by mail, phone, or email, and appropriate action will be taken promptly.
If an error in personal information is reported, the relevant data will not be used or disclosed until the correction is completed. If incorrect data has already been provided to third parties, they will be notified immediately so that corrections can be made.
Deleted or canceled personal information will be managed according to the retention period stated in this Privacy Policy and will not be accessed or used for any other purposes.
